Description

Castrol Variocut™ B 40 is high performance chlorine free neat cutting oil especially formulated with advanced

additive technology and superior base oil to enhance machining performance, improve tool life and reducer overall

operating costs.

Application

Variocut B 40 is designed for severe broaching of stainless steels and difficult to machine high tensile steel alloys.

It is also suitable for gear hobbing, gear cutting and gear shaping. Variocut B 40 does not contain active sulphur

and is compatible with yellow metals as well.
